Hiyori spends her days fishing, appreciating that the only thing in her life that doesn't change is the ocean. Three years ago, her father passed away due to a illness and her mother is about to remarry. She is interrupted one cold March day by a strange girl named Koharu who has never even seen the ocean before. After spending the day fishing together, Hiyori and Koharu are surprised to discover that their single parents have decided to get married to each other, and that they will be living together as sisters.
